Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your legal access to and use of mobile games, software, and applications published by FRL GAMES LLC. By downloading or launching our titles, you explicitly agree to enter a legally binding contract with us.

1. End User License Agreement (EULA)

FRL GAMES LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable limited license to download and play our mobile games solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. All rights not explicitly granted are reserved by FRL GAMES LLC.

2. Virtual Goods & In-App Purchases

Our mobile games may feature virtual currencies (coins, tokens) or digital unlockables (car parts, custom liveries, tiers). You acknowledge that these items:

Have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for legal tender.
Are licensed to you rather than sold. Ownership of the assets remains with FRL GAMES LLC.
Are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, subject to platform policies enforced by Apple and Google.

3. Prohibited Conduct & Anti-Cheat Policy

To maintain fair track competition, you strictly agree NOT to:

Modify, hack, trace, reverse-engineer, or deploy custom bots/scripts to automate gameplay or manipulate currency values.
Exploit game bugs or mechanics maliciously to gain an unfair advantage over other players.
Distribute or share third-party modified APKs or instrumentation tools targeting our runtime code.

Violation of these rules will result in immediate, permanent device bans and termination of your account profile without compensation.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All game graphics, code, physics models, UI designs, brands, audio assets, and titles (including "FR LEGENDS") are the exclusive intellectual property of FRL GAMES LLC. Unauthorized duplication or redistribution of these assets is legally prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our applications are provided entirely on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. FRL GAMES LLC makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted service, lack of server latency, or data losses resulting from structural carrier or connectivity failures.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with local corporate statutory codes, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the designated corporate courts.
